These terms apply when you use beeclair.com, operated by BEECLAIR SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED (“BEE CLAIR”, “we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to them.

Our website

This website describes our software and services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but features and details may change. Nothing on this website is an offer that you can accept to form a contract.

Our software and services

Our software and services, including set-up, custom development, maintenance and support, are provided under a separate agreement or proposal agreed with each customer. Pricing depends on your needs and is confirmed in that agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

FBR Digital Invoicing

BEE CLAIR FBR Digital Invoicing sends sales tax invoices to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) through PRAL, using the customer's own IRIS tokens. BEE CLAIR is not part of, and does not act on behalf of, FBR or PRAL. FBR logos are shown only to explain which system our software works with.

Customers remain responsible for the accuracy of the information on their invoices and for meeting their own tax obligations.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, interfering with how it works, or sending spam or harmful content through our forms.

Intellectual property

The content, design, software and brand on this website belong to BEE CLAIR or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

Links to other services

This website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, BEE CLAIR is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content. Our responsibilities for our software and services are set out in your agreement with us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
