• When you contact us directly: the details you share with us by WhatsApp, phone or email.

This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently use analytics tools. If that changes, we will update this policy.

• To reply to your message, arrange a demo and answer your questions.

Information in our software

When you use our software, you store your business information in it, such as invoices, buyers, items, payments and receipts. We process this information only to provide the service to you. It is stored on secured cloud servers.

If you use BEE CLAIR FBR Digital Invoicing, the invoice information you choose to send is submitted to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) through PRAL, using your own IRIS tokens.

Who we share information with

• Service providers who help us run our website and services, such as hosting and email providers, only as needed to provide those services.
• FBR and PRAL, for invoices you send through FBR Digital Invoicing.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and customer information for as long as you use our services and as required by law afterwards.

Keeping information safe

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and fix issues quickly.

Your choices
